Tinkari Bench

Tinkari Bench is the repair-job tracking app for technicians, live at bench.tinkari.com. It's a browser-based app, installable as a PWA on Android, iOS, or desktop — no app store required.

Customers, Jobs, and the Kanban board aren't duplicated in Bench — every Tinkari user already has at least data-entry-level access to Tinkari CRM, so Bench reads and writes that data live from CRM instead of keeping its own copy. What Bench adds is the repair-log layer CRM doesn't have.

• Numbered steps per job — break a repair down into ordered steps and track progress through each one.
• Notes & photos per step — log text notes and camera photos against each step as work progresses.
• AI-assisted notes — voice notes and photo scans are sent to Tinkari's central Gemini proxy for transcription and analysis; Bench never holds an AI key of its own.
• Live CRM data — Customers are available on every plan; Jobs and the Kanban board require a paid CRM tier, gated exactly as they would be from CRM directly.
• Installable PWA — add to your home screen, works like a native app with no store dependency.
