Tinkari

Tinkari is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing a single sign-on and a growing suite of business applications for small workshops, electronics technicians, and tradespeople. Sign up once at tinkari.com and get access to every app the platform offers.

A single Tinkari account now works across the whole suite — CRM, Inventory, Scan, and Bench all share one login. Signing in (or out) on any one app signs you in (or out) everywhere else, and organisations on the Enterprise tier can add multiple team members, each with their own role and per-app access.

Licensing & Billing

Tinkari uses a token-based licensing model rather than a fixed per-app tier: a Solo plan includes 1 token, Pro includes 10, and extra Token Blocks can be added on top. Each user's access to a given app consumes one token, so an organisation can mix and match exactly the apps and seats it needs. Billing is handled entirely through Stripe, with a self-serve customer portal for invoices and plan changes.

Every app has a live public demo — no account needed. Log in with username Demo and password Password at demo.crm.tinkari.com, demo.inventory.tinkari.com, demo.bench.tinkari.com, and demo.scan.tinkari.com. Each demo is pre-loaded with fictional sample data and resets automatically every night, so nothing entered during a demo session ever persists.

Under the Hood

Built on Django 6 with a JWT-based auth system shared by every sibling service, backed by PostgreSQL on Neon, hosted on Railway behind Cloudflare. AI features across the suite — photo scans, speech-to-text, and assisted note-taking — are powered by Google Gemini, proxied centrally so no individual app holds its own AI key.
