WebTinkari Inventory is a full-featured stock control system built for workshops, electronics technicians, and small manufacturers. Available to Pro and Enterprise Tinkari subscribers at inventory.tinkari.com.

- Unlimited location nesting — organise stock by workshop, cabinet, or drawer. Every location gets its own scannable barcode.
- Stock items — quantities, minimum levels, tags, custom attributes (Colour, Material, Capacitor Type, and more), and supplier references.
- Barcode generation — Code 128 barcodes generated automatically for every item and location.
- Bills of Materials & assemblies — define assemblies from components; building one automatically deducts parts and increments finished stock.
- Sales orders — multi-location allocation and pick lists, progressing from draft through confirmed, invoiced, and paid.
- Low stock alerts — set a minimum quantity per item and get warned when you're running low.
- Full audit trail — every stock movement (received, used, assembled, invoiced, adjusted, moved) is logged with a timestamp and user.
- CRM integration — customer data is pulled live from Tinkari CRM, so sales orders are always linked to the right contact.
- Warehouse companion — pairs with Tinkari Scan, a handheld PWA for scanning QR codes on the warehouse floor.
Tech Stack
Django REST Framework backend with a React + Vite frontend. Authentication is handled entirely by the central Tinkari platform — no separate login needed.
